Using articles with Messenger

Articles are a great way to answer your Customer questions before they reach out to your support staff. We recommend creating articles about subjects like your Shipping Policy and Returns Policy (just some examples), as well as more specific commonly asked questions unique to your store.

What the Customer will see

Create your first article

First of all, articles are created and managed in their own section outside Messenger. You may not wish to automatically publish the article directly to messenger, in which case leave the article as "Draft". Published articles will be visible in Messenger.

Enable articles on your Messenger

By default articles won't be shown on your messenger, if you want to display your articles to the Messenger you must enable it.
